Dear friend,
Second Edition of High Scardus Ultra, an international trail running event that will take place in the Sharr mountain range, connecting Kosovo and North Macedonia. This event is a joint cross-boundary project that involves local communities and offers an unforgettable adventure in an unspoiled natural setting, providing a much-needed escape from the stress of modern society.
Our event is organized in accordance with the International Trail Running Association’s (ITRA) medical and safety guidelines, and we are committed to our “No trace behind” pledge. We prioritize the protection of the Sharr Mountain as a basic principle.
Our first edition of the event in 2022 was a tremendous success, with over 300 runners from 15 different countries participating. We are excited to announce that this year we will be offering three races: a 70km cross-border race, a 52km race, and a 22km race, with even more runners and countries represented.
